Wednesday, August 6, 2008, is a big day for Butterfly – another birthday!  She loves a good birthday, and as far as she’s concerned, all birthdays are good birthdays.

I thought it was appropriate for me to show you how Butterfly has some fun.

Here she is welcoming home her namesake, The Ballistic Butterfly (otherwise known as Fifinella and Maverick’s plane).

She loves showing off the gardening gloves that Queenabelle sent all the way from France.

As far as Butterfly is concerned, there is nothing better than a nice long hike.   If it’s at altitude, all the better.  Here she is after having conquered Castle Peak in the Sierra Nevadas.

And last but not least, here she is one Halloween doing her best bug imitation. 

We don’t call her Butterfly for nothing!
